The FUN Big Vision project engages young individuals in innovative and creative initiatives aimed at addressing social, environmental, and technological challenges. Through camps and workshops, Tzu Chi nurtures the leadership potential of youths, helping them turn their ideas into real-world solutions that create a lasting positive impact.
Project Introduction
Launched in 2017, the “FUN Big Vision, Thinking Towards the Future” youth innovation promotion program empowers young people to drive social change through innovation. The program connects youth with professional resources, providing training and mentorship to support their entrepreneurial journey. With the vision of establishing a "public welfare incubator" in Taiwan and aligning with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, Tzu Chi offers a platform for young people to exchange ideas, expand their influence, and foster public welfare innovation.
The project is built on four main themes:

Project Focus
Tzu Chi empowers youth by offering a range of programs focused on self-development, public welfare, and innovation. A cornerstone of these efforts is the LifeMaker Junior College Youth Camp, designed for university students and high school seniors. The camp focuses on four core learning themes: self-exploration, life design, social engagement, and global citizenship. Through immersive experiences and design-thinking methods, participants are guided by experts from various fields, allowing them to explore their individual strengths, engage in social issues, and exchange ideas with like-minded peers.

Another vital initiative is the Vision Future Incubator, which supports youth-led teams focused on social innovation. This incubator provides mentorship, funding, and specialized training to help teams transform their ideas into concrete actions that address societal needs. By participating in these initiatives, young people are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and platforms needed to expand their impact, driving meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

Progress and Results
The Vision Future Incubator has reached a significant milestone by supporting over 115,700 young individuals through more than 750 training courses. It has successfully nurtured 55 teams, with six evolving into formal organizations. The LifeMaker Junior College Youth Camp has inspired countless participants to step out of their comfort zones, think creatively, and pursue social engagement, leading to real-world change in their communities.

Through FUN Big Vision, Tzu Chi is building a brighter future by empowering youth to lead with creativity, innovation, and compassion. By providing essential resources, mentorship, and opportunities, we aim to nurture the next generation of global leaders to drive meaningful change in society.
